About this work

Every photo here was made by me, Chris Harrison, during real client sessions and personal projects. I keep the editing natural, warm skin, true color, and light that feels like the evening it was taken. Most sessions happen in the hour before sunset, when Wyoming light turns gold and soft.

Use the filters to see the kind of session you're planning. Senior portraits mix bold locations with personal touches. Family photos are relaxed and full of real moments. Couples sessions lean into big sky and canyon light. Individual portraits cover headshots, branding and artists in their element, and pet portraits give the dog the spotlight for once.

Parents have given written permission for every photo of a minor shown on this site. If you'd like your own session featured, or kept private, just tell me. Your gallery is always private unless you say otherwise.

How I edit

Every image is edited by hand. I clean up distractions, even out skin without making it look fake, and keep color true to the place. No heavy filters that will look dated in five years. If you want a black and white version of a favorite, just ask when you order prints.

New sessions are added through the year, so check back after the fall and spring seasons for fresh work.

Many of these portraits were made close to home in Lovell, at Bighorn Lake and in the canyon country around the Big Horn Basin, and some on trips farther afield.
