Booking

Book your portrait session.

Three quick steps and your date is held.

  1. Pick a time

Choose a date and time on my booking calendar. Evenings near sunset go first.

  2. Pay the session fee

Pay $150 for a Mini Session or $200 for a Standard Portrait Session to hold your date.

  3. Plan together

I'll reach out with location ideas and outfit tips within two days.

Before you book

Not sure which session to choose? The Mini Session is 30 minutes, one location and 15 edited photos for $150. The Standard Portrait Session is one hour, up to two locations, outfit changes and 30 edited photos for $200. Most seniors and larger families choose the Standard.

Sessions are timed to golden hour, usually the hour before sunset, so the calendar time is a starting point. I'll confirm the exact time with you a few days out based on the season and the location we choose.

Where we can meet

I'm based in Lovell and work across the Big Horn Basin: Cowley, Byron, Powell, Cody, Greybull, Basin and Worland. Popular spots include Bighorn Canyon, Bighorn Lake, Porcupine Falls and the Bighorn Mountains, or your own home or ranch.

Weather

Weather reschedules are always free. If wind, smoke or storms roll in, we pick a new date together.

What happens after you book

Within two days you will hear from me with a short plan: two or three location ideas that fit the season, the exact start time based on sunset, what to wear, and where to park. A few days before your session I will check the forecast with you. About two weeks after, your private gallery arrives by email with your code and password, and your flash drive follows.
