Session fees and booking

Your session fee is paid when you book and holds your date. The Mini Session is $150 and the Standard Portrait Session is $200. Fees are paid through PayPal with a PayPal balance, Venmo or any major card. See sessions and pricing for what each includes.

Weather and rescheduling

Weather reschedules are always free and your session fee moves to the new date. If you need to change your date for another reason, contact me as soon as you can and we will find a new time.

Photo delivery

Your edited photos are delivered on a flash drive, 15 with the Mini Session and 30 with the Standard Portrait Session. Your private, password protected online gallery is usually ready in about two weeks.

Print orders and shipping

Prints and products are made to order by Miller's Professional Imaging and usually ship in about two weeks. Shipping is a flat $12 per order, or $30 for orders that include large fine art prints. Pickup in Lovell is free. Digital downloads are delivered by email. If a product arrives damaged or has a lab defect, contact me right away with a photo so I can sort it out with the lab.

Copyright and photo use

All photos are copyrighted by Wyoming Nomad Photography. Clients receive a personal use print release for their edited photos, which covers printing for yourself, sharing on social media and sending to family. Commercial use, resale, contest entry and editing or filters applied to the photos require written permission. Please do not screenshot gallery images, they are lower resolution and watermarked.

Portfolio use

I may share favorite images from sessions on this website and on social media. Photos of minors are only shared with written permission from a parent or guardian. If you want your session kept private, just tell me and it will be.

Privacy

When you use the contact form or place an order, your name, email, phone, address and message are sent to my private inbox and order records so I can reply and fill your order. I never sell or share your information. Payments are processed by PayPal and I never see your card number. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. Private galleries are encrypted and open only with your code and password.
